requires a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of the contract

schedule changes must be received, in writing, (7) days before event for
a refund of the balance paid.

must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event and can not be changed after
confirmation.

confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

calculated from this final guest number.
